This week I am bringing the menu plan back! It has been a few months since I have posted a menu plan but with all of the requests I have been getting I have decided to bring it back. It is not that I have not been menu planning,, I just have not been taking the time to post. Honestly, without a menu plan for the week, my entire week would be chaos – so since I am always in the swing anyway I am more than happy top share what we have been making to possibly inspire some of you and maybe even get some ideas from some of you as well. Please, please feel free to leave comments with any new meals you have tried, favorite recipes, easy recipes, recipes on the go, crockpot recipes, Pinterest wins and fails – I love hearing about them all – and I am ALWAYS ready to try something new!
Here is what is on our menu:
Monday – Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs finished off on the grill, Grilled Marinaded Summer Vegetable kabobs, “Healthier for you” Broccoli Cole Slaw made with nonfat Greek yogurt
Tuesday – Grilled Chicken, sweet potatoes, marinaded grilled summer vegetable kabobs
Wednesday – Sandwiches – To – Go (my daughter has an evening swim meet)
Thursday – Crab Cakes, Mac and Cheese, Stewed Tomatoes
Friday – Pizza for the kids, Salads for hubby and me
