Free Yoga and Meditation Classes

Join in for free indoor/outdoor yoga and meditation classes in the garden this summer, open to the public free of charge on Fridays thanks to a new partnership with the Family Practice and Counseling Network. Classes are conducted rain or shine on the porch of Bartram’s Garden’s Eastwick Pavilion.
Yoga class will begin promptly at 10:30 and run through 11:30.
Walking meditation will begin promptly at 11:30 and run through 12:15.
Please wear comfortable clothes and show up early enough to allow yourself time to walk through the garden to Eastwick Hill. Feel free to bring your own mat, but if you don’t one we’ll have plenty on hand for you to use! All levels of experience are welcome, including first-timers.

4-H Summer Fair

FREE Family FUN!
The 4-H Fair draws local families to the 4-H Farm for a series of activities, contests, displays, pony and hay rides, and animal showing. The fair also serves as a showcase for 4-H youth to present their completed projects from the past year.
This includes horseback riding and livestock animals such as laying hens, market lambs and pigs, dairy cows, and alpacas; garden produce; arts and crafts projects, including sewing and photography; and many more!
We also provide additional farm-esque activities including pony rides and hayrides (both available on Saturday) a blacksmith, demonstrations, great fair-food, and a live auction!
Thursday evening, come see our Poultry Show at 6:00 pm.
Friday, the Horse Show kicks off at 1:00 and Archery Competition begins at 2:00. The fair swings into full gear with our Opening Ceremony and Parade of Clubs at 6 pm. Visit the Dunkin Donuts Community Cruiser from 5 to 8. Then, Saturday, visit our clubs, go on a hayride or pony ride or watch the excitement in the showring!
