Digging around in the freezer to plan out my menu for the week. I’ll still have to hit the grocery store for some salad items and ham and cabbage for my St.Patrick’s Day dinner on Saturday but everything else this week I already have on hand. Here’s what is planned:
Monday – Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Brown Rice (never ended up having these last week)
Tuesday – Steak, baked potatoes, steamed veggies
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops, homemade mashed potatoes, steamed veggies
Thursday – Chicken & Dumplings with veggies, salad
Friday – Garlic & Herb Tilapia, Buttered Noodles, steamed veggies
Saturday – Ham, Cabbage and potatoes
