A Witness to History – Holocaust Survivor Presentation

For adults
Join for a presentation by Peter Stern a Holocaust Survivor. The speaker, provided by the Holocaust Awareness Museum and Education Center will present his first hand experiences about the Holocaust. Peter’s experience includes time at Buchenwald, Ravensbruck and Bergen-Belsen concentration camps. The Holocaust Awareness Museum and Education Center sends survivors out to communities to give their testimony educate people and to emphasize the message that racial, ethnic, and religious hatred are social poisons that affect individual people and families and communities.
This program lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes and includes a question and answer session, allowing the audience to engage in a meaningful dialogue with the speaker. A Museum Educator accompanies the speaker and provides background on Holocaust history as it relates to the speaker and facilitates the question and answer session.

  1. PRE-TICKET ORDERS: Order ride tickets in advance by logging onto: http://www.sainteugenechurch.net and click on the “Carnival Tickets” link. Tickets in advance are 20 for $30. Rides will only cost 1 ticket per ride with advance ticket purchase. Deadline for on-line tickets is 12midnight on Monday, June 10th. Online tickets purchased are available for pick up at the ticket booth any night of the carnival. Online tickets must be paid in full at time of order in order to be processed.

    Thursday night SCRIP sales from 7-8PM in the school resource room
    ​Tuesday-June 11th – ONE day sale in school hall from 6:00pm – 8:00pm
